William went to see Blazing Saddles this week and was appalled at the profanities and the use of the N word. I was stunned because a) it is one of the funniest movies ever made and b) William usually is pretty sophisticated in his tastes. Clearly the context of the film was mocking racism and how foolish people are who are racist. It just really surprised me.
