I like Cruz a lot and I believe he can be a great leader for this country. The two videos attached to the link below show how great he is in speaking up for important issues. Ted Cruz is a gentleman and always respectful in making his points. This country would be well served by him.

Cruz is often not a gentleman, and I doubt seriously he will ever be president. He has never done anything to solve problems, he merely tries to impede progress. He has been accurately compared to red baiter Joe McCarthy in the ways he branded people communists and subversives often in his career. I honestly see nothing worthwhile about him. Also he was born in Canada, and was a loud birther on the subject of the President not being born in America - even though Hawaii is a state. Calling him the conscience of anything shows a sad misunderstanding of what the word means.

I posted a reply to William's reply to this thread in the Transgender thread by mistake - it ain't easy using a computer to post in a newsgroup - especially with windows 10. (joke)

I'm really sorry about the error I made but continued the conversation with you there're.
It's certainly not like the old days when people used to mix threads in these groups. I haven't thought about that in years.

Completely changing topic here. I have been depressed over the last few days and lack of sleep may be part of it. I don't know if you saw me rant in Twitter yesterday or the day before as I have lost a sense of time. I erased the episode for the most part and I wasn't engaged with any particular individual but rather self ranting tweets can sometimes be therapeutic.

I haven't like doing anything this week .and stayed in my clothes for about 3 or 4 days. At least I have the luxury of working. whenever I feel like working. Just not happy over the last few weeks. This phone has been distracting to me and I tend to lose focus when I'm distracted.

I'm sorry you've been having a rough time. I hope things improve soon. Good luck, it seems like you've got some good things going on right now, so I hope things improve for you real fast. Be well.
